How do i get a stream of GPS data from mavproxy in Linux?

Hi, I need a stream of GPS info from the pixhawk in Linux.

When I run mavproxy, and hit status, I get a nice list of stuff with some gps info.
Can I mount the serial and grep out something?

How do i get a stream of that? I’d prefer to not keep running and killing mavproxy processes.
