I followed along the tutorial and set up everything as in the videos. When the drone was reaady to fly and in the air for the first time I realized, that when I move the direction stick slightly to one direction the drone moves very hard in that direction. That confused me because all drones I flew before weren’t so sensitive.
Is there a way maybe in mission planner to change this behaviour?
Here is the link of the video from my first flight.

I was going to first suggest there is a tuning issue, but you already had it in the air and it only became an issue when you moved the stick. Regardless, use the initial tuning setup here:
and reset MOT_THST_EXPO to 0. Also [https://ardupilot.org/copter/docs/setting-up-for-tuning.html].(https://ardupilot.org/copter/docs/setting-up-for-tuning.html)
Does this behavior occur in all three axis (roll, pitch, yaw)? You can check it on the ground w/o flying so you don’t damage it. If there was enough flight time uploading a .bin file might help to diagnose it.
Also re-calibrate the radios. You state using the same transmitter with other drones, so I guess the controller expos were not changed.
