Im running on Ubuntu 20.04 with ROS Noetic , the problem is i the aruco not appear .

I assume you have watched ‘Aruco Markers in Gazebo’ and ‘Gazebo World with Aruco Array’ several times and have entered the correct codes? You verified the 2_arucos.world file is correct as per the video? It seems if you don’t enter the correct number it would leave a blank aruco as you have.
And you have entered the correct statement for the two arucos:
roslaunch gazebo_ros iris_world.launch world_name:=“2_arucos.world”
