Git submodule update error

Not able to execute sim_vehicle seems like the reason is waf submodule was not updated.

Someone on google suggested :

git config --global url.“https://github.com/”.insteadOf git@github.com:
git config --global url.“https://”.insteadOf git://

but not able to execute it on root

Any help is appreiated

thanks for response but this still is not working

i also updated gitconfig but that is not solving the problem
