My RPI4 failed to install isc-dhcp-server. I want to configure to the ad-hoc network for wireless connection.

I think it works now (black screen)
but when i sudo vi /etc/dhcp/dhcpd.conf —> rather than getting same result as the screen behind, my black screen is empty.

Hi Adel!
I faced the same issue, i tried running the sudo - apt-update before installing the dhcp, that solved the issue for me
