Error in running sim_vehicle.py

I am unable to understand what this error means. During the installation process, I implemented the steps in the lectures but the versions are slightly different as old versions have been discontinued. Furthermore, there is another window that shows “waiting for connection…” but does not launch the map and console

I was able to rectify this by downloading the dependencies again!
