I followed the video step by step and when I did the ( sudo vi ~/.bashrc) the window that opens up looks different from his in the instruction. Also when I get the step to test it with (sim_vehicle.py) it fails to find it. Any ideas?

How does it look different? Are saying when you type ‘sim_’ it doesn’t autocomplete?
Did you run ‘source ~/.bashrc’ after making each change?
You can always delete those lines and start over per the course directions.
